Our Warranty and Promise to our Customers

Performance Steel Guitar, L.L.C. "Limited Warranty" guarantees the workmanship and materials for you’re newly purchased instrument for a period of 2 years from date of purchase and is assigned to the original owner and is non-transferable. This assumes that the guitar was registered at time of purchase, properly maintained, and that the warranty card was completed, mailed, and submitted to Performance Steel Guitar, L.L.C. by your authorized dealer from whom you purchased your instrument.

This warranty becomes void if failure to properly maintain, abuse of your instrument, and or any work or modifications performed on your instrument not expressively authorized in writing by Performance Steel Guitar, L.L.C. This also includes, but is not limited to excessive pedal or knee lever set-ups or other related items set beyond reasonable industry standards. Warranty returns must be authorized by Performance Steel Guitar, L.L.C. and does not include shipping or insurance charges.

This warranty does not include any damages as a result of natural causes or Acts of God.

NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY ANYONE
WILL SUPERCEDE THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
