Adjustments to the Undercarriage

We are only going to address our products in this area because of the many different ways rods and things are connected on the various brands of guitars.  The principle is basically the same, but it's how each manufacture arrives at the intended result.

We have designed allen screw adjustments in various areas on the underneath of your Performance Steel Guitar product.  We recommend that you contact your dealer or Performance Steel Guitar before making ANY adjustments to these areas.  We are not here to challenge your expertise or knowledge, but more times then not, we have seen adjustments made to all brands of guitars, not just ours, and that this caused a guitar to stop functioning properly because someone did not understand or even remember adjusting one of these allen screws.

Bottom line, they are there for a reason, and do serve a designed purpose in allowing the guitar to be "dialed in".  But  just turning them, and not totally understanding what they effect, could cause you
unnecessary problems.  We are a phone call away, and will help you when you need us.
